Shaping THe UK’s cultural future

My cultural engagement expertise has contributed to policy change for two decades, with my contribution to the Arts Council England and DCMS 2025 reviews influencing the national conversation on cultural access and creative participation; I frequently set the standard for engagement practice.

disconnected Bodies

I launched Disconnected Bodies as there was a clear gate-keeping and inefficiency issue with the cultural sector which prevented people from creating, choosing or taking part in brilliant cultural experiences.

Now Disconnected Bodies, a social enterprise, works to improve access to the arts, culture and heritage through audience insight and cultural engagement. In 2025 we were awarded Arts and Culture Social Enterprise Winner.

Sandbox: Unlock the secret psychology of arts audiences

Between 2017 and 2020 I developed Sandbox, the world’s only cultural audience engagement psychology toolkit. This moves past generic segmentation which is discriminatory and highly presumptuous to reveal how cultural audiences think, act, and engage; transforming cultural strategy forever. Exclusive to Disconnected Bodies.
